Minimum order value for TamilNadu is INR 3000 /- and for other states,the minimum
order value will be INR 5000/-
Ilakkiya Pyrotech do not ship crackers to the cities where crackers are banned
No credit terms
If the products ordered are out of stock, we will provide alternate products for the
same value.
All products listed are subject to availability.

Once we receive the enquiry, our customer care executive will call you to confirm
and provide you with the Confirmation details within 24hours.
Payment policies:
Products will be dispatched only after the entire payment is made.

After checkout, you will receive the order digital copy and payment details in your
mail and whatsapp.
If you done the payment you will send the Receipt(Screenshot) through Whatsapp.
If you done the payment but did’nt send Receipt (Screenshot) to us, then your order
will be delayed for dispatch.
Cancellation and Refund:
15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after
processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).
Shipping &Delivery:
Customer has to bear the delivery charges
Delivery is done by third party agencies
On every Gift box order, delivery charges should be beard by the customer
Availability of door step delivery to other regions of Tamil Nadu depends on the pin
code of the area.
Delivery time can’t be the same for all the cities and states, there may be variation
depending on the distance.
If you are in TamilNadu & Bangalore, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala within city then your
product will be delivered with in 4-5 days
If the customer is in TamilNadu with in rural limit, then the products will be delivered
within 5-6 days.
If your pin code does not lie within the range, then you will be instructed to collect the
parcels from the parcel services
We do not take responsibility for any damages / product missing incurred by
transport. However, we will try and deliver the products without any damage by our
continuous and vigilant monitoring.
